Green
Bay Packer
besides Brett Favre:
Ahman
Green
Since
the late 1960s, the Packers have searched for a game-breaking, dominant
running back. That search came to an end when Ahman Green was acquired in
a trade with Seattle in 2000. Green gives the Packers the type of rushing
attack they haven’t had since the Glory Years.
Running
behind one of the best offensive lines in franchise history, Green
continues to put up monster numbers. In the 2003 season, Green established
a team record by rushing for 1,883 yards. Over the last four years, Green
has compiled more yards from scrimmage than any other player in the NFL.
