Place
to spot a mullet:
Wisconsin State Fair
We
don’t know what it is about cows and chickens and carnival rides that
attract mullets, but the State Fair is a mane attraction for many types of
interesting ‘dos. Maybe it’s the feel of the wind whipping the long
locks across the back of a mullet-head’s neck as the Torpedo spins
seemingly out of control in the Midway. Or perhaps it’s the call of the
carny workers luring them to spend $20 to win a $3 stuffed dog.
Wondering
where the handlebar mustache went? Try the goat barn. A disproportionate
number of handlebars seem to congregate there. And to us, even one
handlebar mustache is a disproportionate number. We’ve always wondered
what those mustaches look like in the morning, but can’t bring ourselves
to do the research.
