Use for the Park East freeway:

Movie Set

The filming of “Mr. 3000” at Miller Park back in the summer of 2003 whipped the city into a frenzy, so the use of the vacant Park East freeway site should be obvious: movie set.

The barren landscape could work perfectly as the setting for a gritty war film, the unforgiving terrain of a far-away planet in a science-fiction epic, or as a nuclear wasteland in a post-apocalyptic zombie thriller.
