Burke’s Lakeside

Burke’s most popular bloody mary, the Lazy Susan, sits on exactly what its name suggests — a Lazy Susan. The main cocktail’s toppings are fairly standard, but it’s the Lazy Susan’s bits and bites, which include tater tots, shrimp cocktail and cheese-stuffed grape tomatoes, that are the true draw. 37238 Valley Road, Oconomowoc, burkeslakeside.com

Red Dot

For the more traditional topping fare, head to Red Dot, a brew pub that has locations in both Wauwatosa and downtown Milwaukee’s East Side. Toppings include a lemon, lime, green olive, pickle spear and a cheese curd.6715 W. North Ave., Wauwatosa or 2498 N. Bartlett Ave., reddotmke.com.

Sobelman’s Pub & Grill

Dubbed in-house as "The MasterPiece," Sobelman’s top-selling bloody mary is topped with a mini version of what the restaurant is known for — its cheeseburger. Patrons can also swap out the cheeseburger for a half rack of BBQ ribs. 1900 W. St. Paul Ave., milwaukeesbestburgers.com.

The Wicked Hop

The Wicked Hop tops its standard bloody with a whopping clump of mozzarella string cheese, sure to please any local cheese lover. Additional standouts include a peppered portabella mushroom and an Old Wisconsin beefstick. Plus, every bloody is served with a Riverwest Stein beer chaser. 345 N. Broadway, thewickedhop.com.
