FRANKLIN – The Cloverleaf Group in Illinois purchased the
foreclosed Franklin-based Shoppes at Wyndham Village for $12.8
million this month, according to state records.
Northbrook, Ill.-based Cloverleaf bought 94,245 square feet of
retail space in the Shoppes, which includes the Pick ‘n Save
grocery store. The shopping center is at the southeast corner of
Highway 100 and West Drexel Avenue.
Dan Rosenfeld, a principal with Mid-America Real
Estate-Wisconsin LLC, brokered the sale for Starwood Capital,
and Joe Girardi and Rick Drogosz of Mid-America Real Estate
represented Cloverleaf Group in the transaction.
There are separate sales also pending with other buyers for
undeveloped retail outlets surrounding the center.
In January 2012, the Shoppes sold at a foreclosure auction for
$11.5 million. The Shoppes were originally built in 2008 by
