MILWAUKEE – Associated Banc-Corp.
has announced it will provide about $45 million in financing for
three Milwaukee developments.
The Green Bay-based bank will provide $15,485,000 in financing
for Milwaukee-based Wangard Partners Inc.’s Avenir Apartments, a
104-unit project expected to be built at 1477 N. Jefferson St.,
according to an Associated statement. The project is expected to
be finished in September 2014.
Associated Bank will provide $15 million to finance the
renovation of the Executive and Stockhouse building at
Milwaukee’s Schlitz Park. The historic property will be
converted to a 151,00-square-foot multi-tenant office building.
Another $14.5 million will provide financing to Milwaukee-based
General Capital Group LLP to finance construction of a 310-bed
dormitory for the Milwaukee Institute of Art & Design at 252 E.
Menomonee St. Occupancy for the project is slated for August
Associated Bank’s Corporate Commercial Real Estate division is
