MILWAUKEE — Milwaukee’s Alverno College has appointed Eileen Sherman as the new dean for Alverno’s School of Business.

Prior to this, Sherman served as an associate dean of the College of Business and Management at Cardinal Stritch in Fox Point. She was responsible for leading the strategic and operating efforts for the adult accelerated and traditional undergraduate programs.

Prior to her work at Stritch, Sherman also taught at Marquette University and Medical College of Wisconsin.

“We are thrilled to have Eileen join us as the new dean of the School of Business,” said Kathleen O’Brien, senior vice president for academic affairs. “She brings a wealth of higher education and business experience to her new role that will help the school further refine its strategic vision and continue to develop graduates who can provide significant value to their employers.”
