Scott Obst, 40, pleaded guilty to two counts of misdemeanor
failure to pay child support, saw another count dismissed and
pleaded guilty to a felony count of non-support. But if he follows
through on his three years of probation - the expected sentence -
the felony charge would be reduced to a misdemeanor, according to an
agreement signed by the parties.
