Thomas E. Squires, 30, of Sturtevant, was charged with his third OWI and felony fleeing after he reportedly led police on a chase that started on Interstate 94 near Sunnyslope Road where he at times drove up to 120 mph at about 2:30 a.m. Friday, according to a criminal complaint. At one point, the criminal complaint alleges that while Squires drove, he stood on the pegs, looked back at the chasing officer and shook his head “as if to say no.” Soon after, he brought the bike to a stop and was arrested.
