In September, the school districts alleged they were misled in benefit package investments in a lawsuit filed against investment brokers Stifel Nicolaus & Company Inc. and the Royal Bank of Canada, as well as Stifel’s former chief financial officer and co-chief, James Zemlyak.

The filings also list payments for membership at Western Racquet Club and a donation to St. Mary’s Parish in Elm Grove.
