TOWN OF BROOKFIELD - The Brookfield Town Board plans to take on the
issue of escort services, following in the footsteps of other
municipalities in the county, including Waukesha and Brookfield.
Today, the town board will discuss and possibly vote on two
ordinances, one on escort services and the other on massage therapy
businesses and massage therapists.
Town Administrator Rick Czopp said this is being done in an attempt
to get in line with what other municipalities in the county have done
or will do.
The city of Brookfield was one of the first municipalities to pass
an ordinance regulating escort services, and Waukesha followed in
February.
