Marquette University senior Danielle Zsenak will compete in this season’s college tournament of the long-running trivia show "Jeopardy!" after making it through two rounds of testing and a screening.

WAUKESHA - Waukesha native Danielle Zsenak has always been a big trivia fan with a passion for one particular television show - "Jeopardy!"

In fact, as far back as her mother Donna Zsenak can remember, Danielle has talked about going on the show.

"When she was little the theme music used to stop her from crying," Donna Zsenak said. "And that ‘beep-beep, boop-boop,’ sound that the buzzers made would stop her in her tracks."

Danielle Zsenak, 20, is finally getting to live out her life’s dream as a contestant on "Jeopardy!" on April 11-12 for the show’s 2008 College Championship, which will be filmed at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Danielle will represent Marquette University, where she currently attends classes.

She will compete against 14 other college students from across the country, with a chance to win more than $50,000. Even if she fails to get past the first round, she’ll receive $5,000.
