Craig Gullicksen, 59, was charged with repeatedly sexually assaulting a child but pleaded to three counts of fourth-degree sexual assault, which is a misdemeanor. He was sentenced to serve three years on probation and six months in the Huber jail, and was ordered by Circuit Court Judge Ralph Ramirez to have no contact with the girl or her family.

Ramirez also ordered him to have no use of the Internet except for work purposes and to get sex offender treatment, but the judge stopped short of requiring Gullicksen to register as a sex offender.
