Pewaukee man connected inflatable to vehicle sobriety device

WAUKESHA - This balloon trick was no
laughing matter.
A Pewaukee man with five prior convictions for operating while
intoxicated was arrested again for that offense while carrying a
balloon that, along with other components, he allegedly planned to
use to bypass an electronic ignition device meant to mark his
sobriety behind the wheel.
