CITY OF PEWAUKEE - The City of Pewaukee Common Council voted
unanimously Monday after a nearly two-hour closed session to have
charges finalized against Police Chief Gary Bach.
Attorney Mary Hubacher was directed to finalize the charges to be
consistent with the discussion in closed session and to have the
charges served to Bach on Friday.
City Administrator Tammy LaBorde continued last night to refuse
to comment on the nature of the charges or the number of them,
citing that the charges were not finalized and therefore not public
documents.
On Sept. 15, the common council unanimously moved to have
Hubacher draft charges against Bach after an internal personnel
investigation was conducted into him.
