attorney makes clear Frame Park zoning not an issue Meitz
pens response clearing up confusion about baseball team

WAUKESHA - City Attorney Curt Meitz has
handed down a written opinion on the question of the zoning at Frame
Park and whether it will prohibit a new Northwoods League baseball
team from calling it home?
Meitz gave a two-page written response to that question, as posed
by Alderwoman Kathleen Cummings regarding a proposal by Chad Bauer,
co-owner of the Green Bay Bullfrogs, to create a Waukesha team that
would play 34 home games at the park. Bauer has pledged to spend
$1.2 million upgrading the park’s ball diamond and facilities.
