BROOKFIELD - For people who’ve missed the Red Mill since it closed earlier this year, Brian Normoyle and his business partners, Ryan Biechler and Luke Grant, have good news.

"We opened last Wednesday for lunch and started with a fish fry on Friday," Normoyle said.

While renovation and updates on the historic building are still taking place, Normoyle said people in the neighborhood were stopping by the restaurant, 1005 S. Elm Grove Road, to ask about the opening.
