MEQUON - A second person has been charged in the death of Haroon Khan, a Mequon native and 1995 Homestead High School graduate who was killed last week for his car.

Tammi LaFave, 21, of Delafield is charged with felony murder because she watched Travis Zoellick kidnap Khan at gunpoint and knew he intended to kill Khan, but did nothing to stop it or alert others, according to the criminal complaint filed Tuesday. The complaint also said Zoellick told LaFave on the way to meet Khan that he had a gun and may "get rid of the guy."
