Benson's
statements to police given OK for trial Motion
to consider change of venue remains to be heard

WAUKESHA - The statements Mark Benson
made to police immediately after the April crash that killed two
people and an unborn person will be admitted into his upcoming
trial, a judge ruled Thursday.
Circuit Court Judge J. Mac Davis said Benson, 55, made the
statements with the full knowledge of when he was and was not under
arrest.
