Man arrested
in assault on disabled woman
Police
say he had returned to country illegally

WAUKESHA - Waukesha police announced Thursday that they have
arrested a suspect in the sexual assault of a disabled woman in her
home last month.
A 34-year-old man was arrested after confessing to the crime and
is being held on a probation hold, Waukesha Police Capt. Mark
Stigler said. The man was on probation for a domestic battery
incident. Stigler added police will refer him to prosecutors on
charges of sexual assault, battery and burglary in the incident.
