Bad economy shutters discount retailer

WAUKESHA - After only a year in business, the Waukesha County Habitat for Humanity HomeStore is closing its doors.

Julie Wood, president of the Habitat for Humanity board in Waukesha, said the store will close at the end of June when the lease runs out on the building. She blamed the closure on a bad economy.
