Doyle recall hits another milestone
Walker wants nothing to do with efforts

WAUKESHA - The group trying to recall Gov. Jim Doyle is on pace to hit its volunteer sign up amount, organizers said Monday.

Chris Kliesmet of the organization Citizens for Responsible Government said the volunteer drive is only a handful of people short of reaching its 3,500 volunteer registration drive by Thursday. As of 5 p.m. Monday, there were 3,434 people signed up.
