WAUKESHA - A
17-year-old inmate at the Ethan Allen School for Boys
allegedly twice kicked a pregnant guard at the school who
was trying to stop him from attacking another boy.

Lamar Richardson of Milwaukee was charged Friday in Waukesha
County Circuit Court with felony battery by prisoner and
misdemeanor disorderly conduct for the alleged May 11
incident. The felony charge is punishable by up to six years
in prison.
A
criminal complaint alleges Richardson and other inmates knew
the guard was pregnant and had been talking about her
pregnancy earlier in the day before the alleged incident.
