CEDARBURG - A selfless young man from Cedarburg has spent
the better part of his life investigating and learning from
the most remote places on earth, and from the earth itself.
Cedarburg native Eric Larsen, 38, will lead expeditions
to the North and South Poles and an expedition to the summit
of Mt. Everest, all within a one-year span. "Only 15
people have been to all three places," Larsen said.
"None have done it in one year." If he completes
his ambitious tour, it will be a world record, but Larsen
says that’s the least of his concerns.
