WAUKESHA - Since the Walmart
developers last came before the plan commission in
September, a new prototype has been adopted by the company
that resulted in changes to the Waukesha location’s
approved design.
The plan commission unanimously approved Wednesday the
architectural and site changes to the proposed Walmart
Supercenter at 2000 S. West Ave., but added conditions that
must be made to the front and east elevations. Those changed
elevation plans must come back before the plan commission
for review and approval.
Commissioners questioned changes in landscaping, building
materials, architectural details and entryways Wednesday.
