MILWAUKEE -The Barry Company announced in a Monday news release that it has sold a 4,440-square-foot property to Gravity Real Estate, LLC.

The building is located at 720-722 S. 5th Street in Milwaukee, and Gravity purchased it from its former owner, James M. Kupferschmidt Living Trust. The property was previously the home of the Milwaukee Beer Museum, a collection of beer industry memorabilia. The property is two stories and includes a 1,000-square-foot garage.

Gravity plans to renovate the building and make it the new home of Gravity Marketing. The firm will move from its current location at 305 N. Plankinton Avenue. The company was founded in 2009 and provides clients marketing solutions for small and medium-sized businesses.

Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
