"We couldn't be

six months after it was purchased by MLG Capital, said
NAI MLG Commercial Senior Vice President Kevin Schmoldt.
"This sends a
message of the strength of the Pewaukee retail market,"
Schmoldt said. "We're excited to welcome them back to

what it means for the Pewaukee corridor."
that MLG Capital's objective was to lease the large
space first, and they are now shifting their attention
to three other lots open for businesses in Pewaukee
Plaza ranging from 1,200 square-feet to 2,400 square
feet. A new facade is planned for the Ashley Furniture
building along with the shop space between Ashley and
Ace Hardware. Schmoldt said there has been interest in
the smaller lots, and he believes the interest will
increase once the facade renovations are finished.
Ashley will join
Autozone, Ace Hardware and Waukesha State Bank along
with CosmoProf, Brews Wine & Spirits and more.
