TOWN OF BROOKFIELD — Stores
continue to open their doors in The Corners of Brookfield with the
latest being Arhaus on July 1.
To celebrate the grand openings
of Arhaus and L.L. Bean, there will be a live performance at 10:30
a.m. July 1 of the Fifth Quarter Performance by the Echoes of Camp
Randall marching band. Band members will march to Market Square
inside The Corners for their performance.
Both L.L.Bean and Arhaus are new
to Wisconsin and will be anchors on the south side of the center
along Bluemound Road.
“We are absolutely thrilled to
have two more anchors open for this first full weekend in July and
with them both being new to Wisconsin, we thought it was fitting to
throw them a full-fledged Wisconsin welcome,” said Chelsea Roessler,
marketing manager of The Corners, in a statement “L.L.Bean has long
planned its opening celebration for June 30 to July 2 and we wanted
to support that with additional entertainment as well as welcome
Arhaus in a big way.”
Since its official public
opening in early April, more retailers have opened at The Corners
including Free People, lululemon, Café Hollander, Paper Source,
Sendik’s, L.L.Bean and Arhaus. Tenants expected to open in the
coming months include Anthropologie, Wisconsin Vision, Grimaldi’s,
Orange Leaf and Cycle Bar.
“People who visited us in April
for our first retailer openings should certainly come back and see
everything that has been added over the last few months, and we
promise, there is much more to come,” Roessler said.
Also on July 1, Bernie Brewer
will visit the Market Square from 11 a.m. to noon and L.L.Bean is
hosting a full weekend of activities for children and adults
including interactive events at Market Square on July 1 that will
include outdoor opportunities to try archery, flycasting and the
Bean Boot toss. On July 2, L.L.Bean is hosting its Kids Day in
Market Square with interactive experiences, activities and wildlife
programs specifically for youth.
Arhaus’ grand opening will be
July 13 and will feature live music inside the store, refreshments
