TOWN OF OCONOMOWOC — A resale shop offering antiques, crafts and plants will open for business provided it meets the conditions set forth by the town Plan Commission.

The commission voted June 19 to accept Marci Buska’s plan of operation request for “Fleurty Girls,” which she would run from what was a residential home at W380N8453 Mill Street.

The home is attached to a tavern.

Buska hopes to hire two part-time employees to help her run the store Fridays and Saturdays from 12 p.m. to 8 p.m. and two undetermined weekdays during those same hours, according to town documents.

The site plan suggests the planned business would have 14 parking spaces.

Buska gets the approval provided she meets more than a dozen conditions set forth by the town. One condition requires that Waukesha County approve the site plan and plan of operation and that the business adhere to any conditions set forth by the county.

Before a new sign for the business is put up, Town Planner and Administrator Jeff Herrmann will have to approve its size, location and rendering.

The building will have to be inspected and deemed up to code by the Ashippun Fire Department
