WAUKESHA — The Panda Express that previously faced litigation is back on the agenda for next week’s Plan Commission meeting.

The commission on Wednesday could take action on a new Panda Express on 2720 N. Grandview Ave., which is one of two restaurants proposed in Waukesha.

On Oct. 11, 2016, CFT NV Developments, of Rosemead, Calif., filed a notice of claim seeing $3 million in damages from the city after the Plan Commission rejected its proposal to build a standalone Panda Express restaurant and a multi-tenant building at the site of the former Weissgerber’s Gasthaus.

Also on the agenda is a look at a new CrossFit gym at 200 Travis Lane in Waukesha.

The commission will meet at 6:30 p.m. Wednesday in the Council Chambers at City Hall, 201 Delafield St.

Next week’s Finance Committee meeting is canceled.
