PEWAUKEE — All the technology on display at the Foxconn event in Milwaukee will be on display at Waukesha County Technical College on Monday and Tuesday.

The products will be on display and open to the public at the Richard T. Anderson Education Center on Monday from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. and Tuesday from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. at 800 Main St. in Pewaukee.

Dean of Applied Technologies Michael Shiels said this is bringing Foxconn “full circle” at WCTC, where President Donald Trump announced a major job creator coming to the area during his visit to the school last month.

The company specializes in design, manufacturing and assembly of global computer and high-tech consumer electronics including iPhones, Sony and Blackberry.

“It’s fitting that Waukesha County Technical College will host Foxconn’s product showcase, as we along with our sister technical colleges are preparing students for the high-tech jobs the company will provide here in southeastern Wisconsin,” said WCTC President Kaylen Betzig.

The school is planning on a growth in enrollment when Foxconn starts looking for skilled workers in southeastern Wisconsin.
