MILWAUKEE — The purchase of a 12,000-square-foot industrial building in Butler will allow Circle Electric, Inc. to double its footprint.

The Barry Company, a commercial real estate company headquartered in downtown Milwaukee, announced the purchase of the building at 4606 N. 132nd St., Butler, by Circle Electric. The building was sold by Eclectic Enterprises, LLC.

Circle Electric, currently operating out of Menomonee Falls, provides electrical contracting and engineering services throughout southeastern Wisconsin.

“This location allows Circle Electric to double its building footprint to accommodate the growth of its business,” said Kurt Van Dyke, CCIM, SIOR of The Barry Company, in a statement. Van Dyke represented Circle Electric in the transaction.

“The market is very tight right now. There are only a few other quality buildings of this size range left in our inventory,” said Kevin Barry, CCIM of The Barry Company. Barry represented Eclectic Enterprises, LLC in the transaction.
