OCONOMOWOC — The preliminary agenda for the Tuesday meeting of the Oconomowoc Common Council shows the council will vote on the second reading of proposed ordinances that would shake things up at Pabst Farms.

If approved, one of the ordinances would permit Pabst Farms Development to rezone a more than 31-acre parcel of its land as a business park. The second reading of the other proposed ordinance would amend the city’s Comprehensive Land Use Plan 2010-30 to allow changes to that same parcel.

The council is also slated to vote on: The redevelopment agreement for The Parc at Lac La Belle; An amendment to the development agreement for Prairie Creek Ridge addition #2; The redevelopment agreement for Fowler Lake Village.
