SUSSEX — Quad/Graphics, Inc. has been awarded an extended, multi-year contract by Condé Nast to publish all of its magazine titles.

Starting in January 2019, Quad/Graphics will produce all of Condé Nast’s titles, which include many of America’s most popular magazines. Quad currently prints Allure, Architectural Digest, GQ, Vogue, W Magazine and Wired, among others. Under the new agreement, Quad also will produce Bon Appetit, Brides, Condé Nast Traveler, Glamour, The New Yorker and Vanity Fair.

According to Wednesday’s announcement, as part of the deal Condé Nast will be able to utilize Quad/Graphics’ extensive mailing and distribution services, including its co-mailing solutions that help publishers and marketers reduce postage expenses.

“This new agreement validates the strength of our relationship with Condé Nast and our ability to meet its high expectations for quality across all its magazine titles,” said Joel Quadracci, chairman, president & CEO of Quad/Graphics, in a statement. “By continually investing in our people, processes and equipment, we have built an industry-leading platform that helps publishers like Condé Nast improve both production-related efficiencies and advertiser effectiveness. We look forward to continuing to deliver value as a strategic partner.”

The history of Quad’s partnership with Condé Nast goes back to 1993 when Quad began printing Architectural Digest. Prepress work and printing of some titles followed, and by 2006 Quad was one of the publisher’s top print vendors.
