WAUKESHA — Two Pick ’n Save stores on Sunset Drive in Waukesha reopened on Wednesday with complete remodels, hot pizza by the slice and build-your-own trail mix bars.

The stores have also added a new in-store restaurant, Pacific Kitchen, which offers made-to-order Chinese, Japanese and Vietnamese food that includes ramen, pho and stir fry. A new housewares section was added to the West Sunset location with small kitchen appliances, dinnerware, cookware and gadgets, according to a press release.

“These store remodels are part of an overall Roundy’s initiative to update and expand out stores and offerings to meet the needs of today’s shoppers,” said Jim Hyland in a statement, vice president of communications and public affairs for Roundy’s Supermarkets, Inc.

Order groceries with a click

Waukesha’s West Sunset Pick ’n Save now also offers the ClickList program, which is a fully-customizable online ordering system that allows customers to make a shopping list and have their groceries waiting to be picked up.

The first three orders made by first-time customers will have the $4.95 service fee waived as part of an introductory special.

“The feedback from customers has been overwhelmingly positive since our initial launch,” Hyland said. “The ClickList e-commerce platform gives us the opportunity to continue to offer an easier, more convenient shopping experience.”
