Economic and political panel discussion planned by Ozaukee Realtors on Nov. 2

GRAFTON The Ozaukee Realtors Association is conducting an economic and political panel discussion from 9 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. Thursday, Nov. 2.

The event, which is free and open to the public, will take place at the Rose-Harms American Legion Post, 1540 13th Ave. in Grafton.

The meeting will include presentations by state Sen. Duey Stroebel, R-Cedarburg, and state Rep. Rob Brooks, R-Saukville. The lawmakers will discuss issues they believe will be coming up in the state Legislature that are specific to the real estate and housing industry, particularly with how they might impact Ozaukee County.

David Clark, executive associate dean and professor of economics at Marquette University, will discuss what the economy and housing market look like for 2018. He is being sponsored by Port Washington State Bank, an ORA affiliate member.

There will be an extended time for questions after the presentations, which will be moderated by ORA President Troy Bretl.
