W.M Sprinkman welcomes new employees

WAUKESHA — W.M. Sprinkman, a process equipment manufacturer headquartered in Waukesha serving the dairy, food and beverage, and brewing industries, recently welcomed three new employees.

Bill Schumacher was hired as a regional sales manager. He has more than 30 years of sales management experience. A graduate of UW-Milwaukee, Schumacher previously worked at A& B Process and with organizations that include InBev/ Anheuser-Busch, GEA Process Eng., Tetra Pak, Kraft-Heinz, Sargento, Cargill, ConAgra and CRB. He will be based in Wisconsin for Sprinkman and manage processing customers in the upper Midwest.

Michael Heidtmann joins W.M Sprinkman as a field services manager. He is an experienced project design engineer. At Sprinkman, he will manage field installations and the service crew, in addition to scheduling and supervising the company’s dairy and brewing installations.

Laura Burke will be a senior process engineer at the company. Burke comes to Sprinkman having worked as a process engineer with the Barry-Wehmiller Design Group in Sacramento, California, and the Dennis Group in Springfield, Massachusetts. She has a degree in Chemical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, Troy, New York.
