- An early Friday fire that has forced Stolley’s Hogg
Alley to close was likely caused by smoking paraphernalia.
Lakes Fire District Chief Brad Bowen said Friday

Venice Beach Road in Oconomowoc, was made at 12:05 a.m.
Friday. He said the first crews were on scene by 12:09
a.m. and saw signs of a fire on the roof and front of
the building. The source of the fire was not immediately
discovered so at 12:13 a.m. the call was upgraded to a
second alarm, requiring other departments to assist.
Eventually, Lake Country Fire & Rescue, Western
Waukesha RIT, Wales-Genesee Fire Department, Okauchee
and Stone Bank fire departments responded.
