PORT WASHINGTON — Port Washington State Bank has announced the appointment of Jeffrey W. Knorr to its board of directors.

Knorr, a lifelong resident and businessman in Ozaukee County, was elected to the board during the bank’s November board meeting, according to a news release.

“Jeff brings a tremendous knowledge of the business community to our bank,” said Steven R. Schowalter, chairman/president and CEO of Port Washington State Bank. “We are pleased to have him join our community bank.”

Knorr is managing partner of Mequon-based Anderson, Tackman and Co. He will join fellow directors Steven R. Schowalter, Mark D. Schowalter, James S. Schowalter, Gary D. Maples and John Armbruster on the bank’s board.
