OZAUKEE COUNTY — Area offices of Shorewest Realtors gave back to their communities during the holiday season and in other events.

Shorewest’s Mequon office chose the Alzheimer’s Association of Southeastern Wisconsin as the beneficiary of their Casual Day fundraiser.

In addition, agents in Shorewest’s Mequon office volunteered at the Taste of Mequon this fall, supervising the children’s area. They also participated as bell ringers for the Salvation Army at Shopko in Grafton.

They also had the privilege of coordinating a school supply drive in August for Messmer Prep Academy and a fall food drive for the Ozaukee Family Sharing food pantry.

“We love living, working and being a part of the communities we serve,” said Jim Young, sales director of the Mequon office.

Shorewest’s Cedarburg/Grafton office supported Ozaukee Family Services with a cash donation. Ozaukee Family Services meets the needs of children and families by offering programs in family education and prevention, as well as counseling and senior services, according to a news release.

“It is our privilege to give back to the people and communities we serve,” said Ellen Ostermann, sales director of the Cedarburg/Grafton office.
