CycleBar to open in Brookfield on Monday

BROOKFIELD — Fast-paced indoor cycle classes will soon be offered at The Corners when CycleBar Brookfield opens Monday. CycleBar aims to offer high-energy indoor cycling classes in a concert-like atmosphere.

The grand opening begins with free classes from Jan. 15 to Jan. 28 as part of the studio’s CycleBlast program. The 45-minute classes are available on a first-come, first-served basis to those who register at The Corners is located on Bluemound Road near Barker Road.

Classes at CycleBar are set to fast-paced music and are led by motivational instructors. In addition, the studio offers free towels, fresh fruit and aromatherapy during cooldowns, personal performance tracking and downloadable playlists.

“We’re thrilled to be a part of the Brookfield community and are excited to help people jump into the new year in a fun and healthy way,” said David Pelsue, owner, in a statement. “We encourage everyone to stop in and take advantage of our free ride offers and experience our high-energy workouts in our state-of-the-art, rock concert-like atmosphere.”

CycleBar also offers fundraising programs to local charities where people work out to support a worthwhile cause, through a program called CycleGiving. CycleBar Brookfield is currently looking to partner with charities and local organizations to raise awareness and funds for worthy causes. A ribbon-cutting ceremony will be held 3 p.m. Jan. 25 followed by an open house until 8 p.m.
