Respite care provides a great option for caregivers who
have responsibilities out of town or want to take a
vacation, she said.
Lidington added she is particularly excited about the
planned opening of the independent living building this
summer. She said it will give a campus-feel to the area.
It also will provide a continuum of care that will allow
residents to make a seamless transition from independent
living to assisted living and possibly memory care.
Wright House plans an open house from 3:30 p.m. to 6
p.m. Thursday, Feb. 8, to introduce the community to
both the new independent living building as well as the
memory care. It will take place at Wright House’s
leasing office, located nearby in the Mid-State
Insurance building, 7105 W. Mequon Road.
