The combined capabilities and experience of the Novo Group and Xcellero Leadership more than doubles the size of the companies’ talent effectiveness solutions practice, according to the announcement. Xcellero’s co-founders and Managing Directors Andy Kindler and Doug McKinley, PsyD, will lead the Talent Effectiveness Solutions practice and team of consultants at the Novo Group.

“This merger expands the capabilities of the Novo Group’s Talent Effectiveness Solution practice by adding new assessments, coaching, and leadership development programs designed to improve individual and organizational performance,” McKinley said in a statement. “We are so pleased to join this organization formally, as we mutually embrace the same standards of service and quality for our clients.”

Xcellero Leadership will be rebranded as Xcellero, Novo’s Talent Effectiveness Solution, in the newly-merged company. No staff reductions or changes will be made. The firm’s main office will be in Brookfield.

Novo has offices in Milwaukee and Chicago, serving clients across North America. More information is available at
