was recently named the Chef Par Excellence at the 2018
Wisconsin Pork Association Taste of Elegance

year marked the 30th anniversary of the annual
competition that encourages chefs to create innovative
and inspiring pork recipes.
Bressler's winning entree was called "The Three Little
Pig Plates" and included pork ribeye, pancetta wrapped
pork loin and pork belly. This entree earned Bressler a
$750 cash prize and an expense-paid trip to the 2018
Pork Summit, which is an educational event hosted by the
National Pork Board that brings together state or
regional Taste of Elegance winners from across the
Red Circle Inn and Bistro will be featuring this
competition-winning entree, as well as its regular menu,
at the restaurant on the evening of Feb. 22.
