OCONOMOWOC — The
developer of the Fowler Lake Village condo development near City
Hall wants to increase the number of units inside from 48 to 54.
Common Council may discuss its request at its next regular meeting
at 7:30 p.m. Tuesday.
Located on the
southeast corner of St. Paul Street and Pleasant Street, Fowler Lake
Village has been planned as a five-story, 180,000-square-foot
mixed-used development with customizable condominiums, nine
live/work storefronts and two restaurant spaces.
The one- and
two-bedroom units have a preliminary starting price of about
$299,900. Most of the condominium units would likely be priced
between $300,000 and $600,000. A planned nine penthouses with
wrap-around balconies would likely start at $800,000.
City Clerk Diane
Coenen said the developer has redesigned the interior and is
proposing the increase in the number of units.
