Chappie's on Broadway, 257 W. Broadway, has closed after
just nine months of operation.
- Only nine months after opening, Chappie’s on Broadway - which
specialized in Belgian beers and food - has closed for good.
Shane Valenti, who also owns Lakeside Supper Club in Oconomowoc,
and co-owner Brad Bella opened the restaurant at 257 W. Broadway
last May, and during the summer months they opened a street-side
patio with seemingly great success, especially during Friday
Night Live in downtown Waukesha.

lease” signs have already gone up in the windows at Chappie’s.
Crest, an Irish pub that was known for its complementary chicken
wing bar during Packers games, previously leased the building
that’s owned by Berg Property Management.
Crest was open for less than a year when it closed for the winter
and in April 2017 announced it wouldn’t be reopening.
Strauss, commercial property manager at Berg Management, could not

there are already other groups interested in leasing the
