Mequon Public Market at Spur 16 in Mequon’s Town Center
Bavette La Boucherie, a butcher shop already located in Milwaukee’s
Third Ward, will be joining Mequon Public Market when it opens later
this year, Spur 16’s developer announced Monday.
Boucherie is a modern rendition of an old-fashioned neighborhood
butcher shop. It sources whole animals raised responsibly on small,
local farms and custom cuts all its meat, according to a news
release from Spur 16 developer Cindy Shaffer.
