NEW BERLIN — A ribbon-cutting ceremony was held for the grand opening of Tim O’Brien Homes’ new neighborhood Red Fox Crossing in New Berlin. The neighborhood is Wisconsin’s First Net Zero Ready community, meaning the community has electrical generation from solar photovoltaic systems that will offset the projected electrical consumption of each individual home.
