PEWAUKEE — Waukesha County Technical College will host an economic summit on Wednesday from 6:30 p.m. to 7:45 p.m. in the Richard T. Anderson Education Center, 800 Main St.

The event is titled “Deficits, Division and Dysfunction: A Conversation with Paul Stebbins.” Stebbins, chair emeritus of World Fuel Services Corporation, will discuss how trillion dollar deficits are set to return within the next two years, along with the already record high national debt set to skyrocket over the coming decade.

A question-and-answer period will follow the discussion.

The summit is free, but online registration is recommended at www.nationaldebt.eventbrite.com. The deadline to register is noon on Monday.
