Girl Scouts of Wisconsin Southeast names chief development officer

MILWAUKEE — Girl Scouts of Wisconsin Southeast announced Tuesday that Ashley Hatley Caruso has been appointed chief development officer. She joined the organization in 2016 as director of major giving and was most recently interim chief development officer. In this role, Caruso will provide strategic leadership to develop and implement GSWISE’s fund development and philanthropic initiatives, including donor cultivation and stewardship.

Prior to joining Girl Scouts, Caruso held philanthropy roles at Wheaton Franciscan Healthcare-All Saints Foundation in Racine, and Children’s Expressions at Children’s Memorial Foundation in Chicago. Caruso was also executive director of Black Point Historic Preserve in Lake Geneva.
